Why Buy in Seminole Heights
A blend of suburban affordability and downtown amenities, Seminole Heights is one of the best places to live in Tampa. The area’s charm comes from bungalow-style homes, unique restaurants, and an eclectic art scene.
Recently, Seminole Heights, Tampa has been booming with new businesses, gourmet dining, and nightlife. Some areas are considered up and coming but crime has steadily decreased thanks in part to the city’s renovation efforts and construction of amenities like Armature Works.
Seminole Heights offers residents a dense suburban feel. Instead of moving to master-planned communities and HOAs that often feel cookie-cutter, the area gives plenty of character. The smaller craftsman homes tend to have good bones if you’d like to renovate the house to become your dream home. This area has younger families moving in (a good sign for the future of the neighborhood). It’s also highly popular with young professionals who want to be close to all the action.
Tampa’s real estate market is incredible. The Seminole Heights area offers attractive housing prices that are suitable for both young families and those downsizing/retiring. Price points have been on the rise as the neighborhood increases in popularity, but the home prices aren’t as high as you’d find in South Tampa or Hyde Park.
